Shipping & Returns
- 1. Shipping Normally arrive within 3-8 full business days. Standard USPS residential ground.
- a. Shipping Normally arrive within 3-8 full business days. We will optimize carrier in some case, we may use priority mail or other expedited methods if we believe they will arrive faster than other methods without incurring significantly higher shipping cost. This shipping method also applies to freight delivery for heavy weight or oversized items.
- b. If we have indicated in the product description that "product usually ships in 3 - 5 days ". Then the order will take additional 3 - 5 days to prepare for shipment. That mean order will take 6 - 13 full business days to arrive.
- c. The above delivery time is an estimate only. It is not guaranteed delivery time. Under unusual circumstances, delay could occur due to factors out of our control, such as back order from manufacturer or shipping carrier delay or delivery failure, such delay shall not hold us liable for any consequence caused by the delay. However, as a business, we fully understand the importance of prompt delivery and would strive to do our best.
- 2. Product Warranty.
- Most items sold are with standard manufacturer warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, please contact us.
- 3. If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Warehouse that may be incurred by us.
- a. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
- b. Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
- c. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
- d. The return must be complete and include all accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
- e. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
- 4. Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below is the Return Exception Policy.
a. Racket Stringing and Labor
If a racket is strung with customer specifications of string type and tension, when the racket is returned, the racket reimbursement will follow the general return and exchange policy, but the cost of string and stringing labor cost cannot be reimbursed, since they cannot be recovered.
b. Lingerie, swim suits, underwear, and nightgowns
No return is allowed for lingerie, swim suits, underwear, nightgowns, or any other similar products due to hygiene concern. Such items couldn't be resold. So it will become a complete loss for us if they are returned.
c. Perishable Items/Customized / Personalized Products and Autographed Collectibles
All sales are final for these items when a purchase order is placed. A custom order or, in other words, a made-to-order by a customer cannot be cancelled once placed. These items cannot be returned. The delivery time estimate is not a guarantee due to the nature of custom production. When you place a custom order, please plan ahead to leave more time for production and delivery, because we have to prepare for the production and it's difficult for us to make a rush order. Cancellation request of custom orders should be made before production. Otherwise, cancellation wouldn't be accepted unless there is substantial delay occurred. Once the custom order is processed, that means we have already paid for the production. And cancel request would not be accepted. If substantial delay in production is foreseen, we will let the customer know and make every effort to deliver in a timely manner. Any questions on order process and packaging please contact us.
d. Damaged, Defective Items, or Shipment in Error or Shortage.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please send us your order number, item number, email address and phone number. We will make every effort to replace the item in a timely manner. No additional shipping charges or replacement costs would be required.
